  • Ensure all Alula dealers are up to speed on its comprehensive portfolio of alarm communicators, sensors and its home security and automation platform, Connect+.
  • Provide dealers all training, product updates, marketing resources, and installation guides through a compelling interface that is easy to personalize for the needs of different dealers with unique capabilities.
  • Enable easy publishing of additional resources by those experts closest to specific dealers and their needs
  • Provide employees with one location to find employee-facing documents, forms, and training while maintaining security on sensitive materials


  • A dealer portal to enable dealers to easily get to the resources they need to market, sell and technically support their customers.
  • Navigation and resources in the portal are targeted to different types of dealer personas – sales reps, marketing managers and technical teams.
  • Resources in the portal are curated utilizing the dynamic delivery capability in the Webinfinity platform. Alula dealers simply have to subscribe to the types of content they need for automatic notification via email of any updates and/or additions.
  • Authorized users can add specific updates or resources to any of the marketing, sales or technical areas in the portal.
